Your responsibilities:
The successful applicant will provide nursing care to a diverse range of patients in our Outpatients department. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide high standards of effective clinical care to meet the needs of patients and their families. You will liaise with consultants, nursing, therapy, medical staff and other disciplines to ensure continuity of care. Meanwhile you will monitor and maintain a safe, clean and therapeutic environment for patients, staff and visitors. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records.

What we're looking for:
- Qualified RGN
- Experience of working in the primary care or Outpatients setting essential
- The ability to work well as part of the nursing team and to be able to communicate well at all levels.
- You must be committed to providing the highest levels of clinical and customer care
