The successful candidate will provide clinical, operational and managerial leadership to support safe and effective pathway delivery. You will maintain oversight of referrals, caseloads, waiting lists and performance against key standards, ensuring that young people receive the right support at the right time and that step-up and step-down processes are delivered safely and in a person-centred way.

You will work closely with CAMHS colleagues, pathway leaders and wider system partners, including education, local authority, school nursing and voluntary sector colleagues, to support integrated care planning and effective multi-agency working.
