Job overview

The post-holder will be responsible for monitoring  multiple services within the dental hospital working closely with admin and clinical teams to ensure patient treatment.  

Other key responsibilities will include managing HR issues such as: recruitment, return to work meetings, completing occupational health referrals and setting SMART goals for colleagues. The post-holder will also be required to support with ongoing reception projects. The post-holder will be required to operate under their own initiative and take responsibility for daily decision making and have an innovative approach to developing services.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide administration and HR support to the Performance & Operations Manager.
  • Supervise members of the team where required.
  • Assist in the recruitment of staff, ensuring that all staff receives a comprehensive local induction package.
  • Compile reports for various HR investigations.
  • Inputting, monitoring, and checking data, required for finite and ongoing projects within the teams.
  • Provide and receive complex, sensitive and contentious information to support complaint responses.
  • Develop SOPs for admin processes.

  • Knowledge and experience working in an NHS/ healthcare related environment

Qualifications

  • Educated to GCSE, grade C or above in English Language and Maths
