Job overview
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join the Cancer Services Team for the City and Weston Hospital Operating Unit (HOU) at BFT.
The successful candidate will be working alongside the Cancer MDT Coordinators and the Fast Track Office team.
The post holder will be responsible for tracking patients with suspected cancer from the point of receiving their referral, ensuring patients are seen in a timely manner. The role will involve communicating with various departments within the Trust and at other Trusts. Other key responsibilities include providing support to the Fast Track Office team and the Cancer MDT Coordinators.

Education and qualifications
Essential criteria
- 5 GCSEs / NVQ Level III or equivalent, including English and Maths
- IT skills or qualifications to ECDL/RSA standard, or equivalent experience
Knowledge, skills, and abilities

- Excellent time management skills, with an ability to prioritise to ensure efficient workload completion
- Demonstrate excellent organisation and administrative skills
