Patient Pathway Administrator Endocrine Surgery

The post holder will work as part of the Endocrine Surgery Team at the Churchill Hospital responsible for effectively managing the smooth operation of the service.
The post holder plays a pivotal role in supporting Multi disciplinary clinical teams to deliver a responsive service to patients who are referred to the Hospital for assessment, investigation, diagnosis and Treatment .

The main duties of the post is to deliver an effective and efficient administrative office function to support a front line clinical service that:
- delivers weekly outpatient clinics
- under takes 3 Operating lists per week, plus extras
The service requires an individual to join the team who is:
- patient focused, able to communicate with patients and manage information sensitively with attention to detail
- organised, has effective time management skills and is able to prioritise workload
- both able to work independently and as part of a large MDT team.
- flexible in approach to work and able to cope effectively under pressure in a fast paced clinical service
