We provide a comprehensive range of mental health, learning disability and community health services for people across Herefordshire and Worcestershire. Our services support children, young people, adults and older people, helping them to stay well, maintain their independence and access specialist care when they need it. In Worcestershire, we also deliver a wide range of community health services, including community hospitals, minor injury units, nursing and therapy services for people of all ages, sexual health services and community dental care.
 
We are proud to support people at every stage of life. Our services range from early intervention, prevention and community-based support through to specialist mental health, learning disability and inpatient care. Working across primary and secondary care, we provide services in people's homes, schools, communities, clinics and hospital settings.
 
We serve a population of more than 800,000 people across Herefordshire and Worcestershire. Together, the two counties cover around 1,500 square miles, making them one of the largest geographical areas served by an NHS trust in England. Our communities are diverse, spanning cities, towns, villages and rural areas, many of which are geographically dispersed.
 
Partnership working is central to how we deliver care. We work closely with NHS organisations, local authorities, schools, voluntary and community sector partners, as well as families and carers, to provide joined-up, person-centred support. Our mental health and learning disability teams are also embedded within acute hospital settings, where they provide specialist advice, advocacy and care for patients during their hospital stay.
 
Through collaboration, innovation and a commitment to continuous improvement, we aim to deliver high-quality care that improves health, wellbeing and outcomes for the communities we serve.
