Domestic Services
This includes cleaners, housekeepers and their managers. There are no formal qualifications required for cleaning posts, but managers and supervisors may require the following:
- Managers - Hotel Services Development Programme
- Supervisors - City & Guilds No. 764 Cleaning Science or certificate of National Examinations Board.

- Managers - Degree. HND/BTEC or equivalent
