We are seeking talented and passionate senior Nurses to support the leadership of the clinical operations in our Medical Centre, responsible for delivering vital care at the heart of the Bryanston community.

 

A highly motivated and compassionate team player, you will supervise our dedicated and dynamic team of clinical professionals to deliver excellence in the care of our pupils that promotes their physical, mental and emotional health. This newly created role represents an exciting opportunity for the right candidates to shape and drive the quality of clinical care at Bryanston.

 

Working in close association with the Medical Centre Manager, you will use your practical organisational skills and management experience to ensure the Medical Centre offers a consistently efficient and reliable service.

 

The successful candidates will be NMC registered with at least 4 years’ post-registration experience and will have a proven track record of delivering the highest standards for sound clinical decisions and care, and for fostering a culture of support and collaboration in a team setting that drives performance.
