A vacancy has arisen for a Performance & Data Quality Analyst in the Finance and Performance team for High Secure Services at Broadmoor Hospital in Crowthorne. This is a permanent full time role in which the post holder will be based on site at the hospital in Crowthorne.

 

Applicants must have proven experience in informatics and information management within the NHS or similar complex organization and be able to demonstrate their ability to provide information reports and data analysis of a complex nature.

 

Successful applicants will be well organized, flexible and quick to learn and be able to communicate complex information to a wide range of stakeholders.

 

Main duties of the job

The role provides analytical analysis and administrative support to the High Secure Services Performance Team. Including providing activity and performance information for the operational management of the service and working as an effective and integral part of the Performance Team to ensure information meets the service and commissioning needs. The post holder will support the Performance Manager by actively engaging in data quality improvement initiatives and engaging with managers to advise and resolve information reporting issues.
