Therapy Links UK C.I.C (TLUK) is a multi-disciplinary not-for-profit therapy company supporting children and young people aged 0-25, with vacancies in London and the South East.

“Working for TLUK has enabled me to be a more responsive and more creative therapist than has been possible in previous roles.
The vision and ethos of TLUK fit perfectly with the values I hold as a therapist striving for the best for the young people and families in my community.”
Gemma, SaLT

About us:

Therapy Links UK (TLUK) is a unique organisation that supports schools, colleges and individual families to access therapy support that is flexible, innovative and needs led. We are one of the only independent therapy companies in London and the Southeast to follow a “pay what you can afford” model. To date we have provided over £65k free of heavily discounted therapy to families who otherwise would be unable to access it. And we want to do more.

About the post:

We are looking for a creative, dedicated Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team in September – we offer lots of support, supervision and CPD for staff, and run a service that is highly valued by families and settings. The role will involve weekly support in designated schools in Bexley and Lambeth, with an emphasis on specialist secondary/college caseload of students with complex neuro disability working as part of a supportive MDT. Both sites have a small specialist caseload with lots of scope for innovative Universal and Targeted support across the settings. There is also the opportunity to engage in creative projects around community fitness for C&YP and access to disability sports. As we are a small company there is scope to get involved in service improvement projects. There is lots of support available from our MDT, along with SaLT, Occupational Therapy and Clinical Psychology colleagues. An interest in working within specialist settings with those with learning disabilities is helpful.

We are committed to building a diverse group of staff that better represent the people we support –we therefore strongly encourage applications from candidates of colour, LGBTQ+ candidates, those with a disability, and those from other minoritised groups.
