We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Senior Healthcare Audiology Assistant to join our dynamic Auditory Implant Service team. This is a unique opportunity to support patients undergoing assessment, surgery, and rehabilitation for cochlear and other auditory implants.

The post is for a full-time permanent position but part-time working will be considered. Full time hours are considered to be 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality, patient-centred care during clinical appointments and procedures.
- Assist audiologists, nurses, and ENT specialists in the delivery of implant services.
- Support patients and families throughout their care journey, including pre- and post-operative stages.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative duties.
- Ensure clinical areas are clean, safe, and well-stocked.

About You:

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, empathetic approach with a strong team ethic.
- Willingness to learn and undertake relevant training in auditory implant care.
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with NHS systems are advantageous.
