An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the expanding, innovative administration team for the MSK CSS / MSK Physiotherapy Service, in the role of an Administration Officer/Receptionist. The post is based at our Finchampstead clinic and our Physiotherapy department in Wokingham. We are looking for someone who is approachable, with a warm personality, and great people skills to join our team.
The MSK CSS and Physiotherapy Administration Team, prides itself on the continuous support we provide to our clinical staff. Good and effective teamwork throughout is a vital part of what encompasses our community services.
The team of administration officers are led and supported by an Administration Manager and Administration Lead Officers. The team consists of Service Managers, Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners, Physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals, including medical consultants.
Main duties of the job

To be responsible to manning reception and welcoming patients and visitors on site.

To use electronic patient booking systems, including E-Referrals and RIO to help facilitate an efficient referral and booking process

To use and support with applications such as EPRO, our electronic system used for clinic letter processes and Webex, our flexible telephone system.

To be an accessible and central point of contact for service users, including patients and GP’s

Take responsibility for assigning caseloads / task management

Demonstrate clear and concise methods of communication as you will be dealing with a variety of referral and patient related queries
