We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Clerical Assistant based at the Trusts Headquarters.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to both external visitors and internal colleagues. You will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a busy and demanding environment
The post holder will hold excellent communication skills to promote exceptional customer service to both external customers and internal employees. The post holder will be highly organised and pro-active and will be capable of working in a busy and demanding environment. The post holder will have excellent listening skills and will be able to deal with staff and visitors, responding to queries as necessary.
The post holder will work on a part time basis alongside our current Receptionist/Clerical Assistant, and will take the lead on processing maintenance and building related issues.
Shift patterns are as follows: Monday: 8:00am to 4.30pm
Tuesday 8.00am to 4.30pm
Wednesday 8.00am – 12.30pm

This is a role for an experienced receptionist who will be highly organised and proactive and who will promote excellent customer service to both external customers and to internal employees at Trust Headquarters, Sceptre Point. This is also a pivotal role to ensure the smooth running of the building. The post holder should be capable of working within a busy and demanding environment, have excellent communication and listening skills, including dealing with staff/visitors of all levels whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality. The post holder will provide administrative support to the Corporate Governance Team and wider building. The post holder should be capable of a high degree of initiative and independent working in relation to the service as well as having a flexible approach to departmental requirements. The post holder will take the lead on processing maintenance and building related issues.
