We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Governance and Performance team, based in Sheffield. This pivotal role will see you leading a dedicated team to which ensures that NOE CPC delivers class leading NHS Procurement Solutions to our customers across the NHS and in other areas of the public sector

Main duties of the job

You will be at the forefront of developing and implementing a comprehensive quality and performance development strategy. Your key responsibilities will include
•    Leading a team of performance and governance specialists.
•    Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the quality, compliance and delivery of the NOE CPC procurement solutions for our customers.
•    Leading the implementation of Audit and Contract Compliance, Reporting, Governance of Policies and Process 
•    Leadership of assigned projects such as Supplier Relationship Management. 
•    Developing the role as a central shared service which can work flexibly across all functions of NOE CPC. 
•    Provide strategic leadership to support the delivery of the Department of Health national work plan, ensuring key milestones, aims and objectives are met.
•    Deliver a governance and performance support service to the wider team and stakeholders.
•    Responsible for the management for the support services, delivering the operational service to clients, including the provision of contract management support, as well as performance reporting and audit compliance.
•    Ensure the overall service delivery of the Facilities & Office Solutions Category Management Service to our customer NHS Supply Chain meets and exceeds the required contractual obligations. 
•    Ensure that NOE CPC delivers a high quality, excellent value service with cost effective savings whilst remaining contractually compliant throughout.

The Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) is the main provider of Mental Health and Learning Disability services in Leeds. We also provide specialist inpatient services in York and some highly specialised services across the country. •    An excellent communicator with strong leadership skills.
•    Extensive experience managing customer engagement and business development functions to NHS procurement professionals or a similar field.
•    Creative and innovative in developing business development strategies.
•    Organised, with exceptional attention to detail.
•    Passionate about contributing to the improvement of NHS services
