Champion the health and wellbeing of our force!

As our Senior Occupational Health and Wellbeing Advisor you’ll be providing advice and guidance to all staff and officers, ensuring proactive measures are taken in support of health and wellbeing across Derbyshire Constabulary.

You'll be responsible for clinical advice, supervising assessments and advising managers of any additional measures needed.

What you’ll be doing:

·       Managing a clinical multidisciplinary team

·       Developing and delivering health and wellbeing campaigns

·       Supporting the force to monitor and manage the provision of medical and occupational health interventions

What you’ll need:

·       To be a registered nurse and hold a relevant Occupational Health qualification.

·       Have experience of working as a Senior Occupational Health and Wellbeing Advisor

·       Experienced in delivering health promotion campaigns, clinical supervision and governance
