An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Network Assistant (NA) to work across the Central & West Locality.

Main duties of the job
The role is office based at Pathways Resource Centre, Bamber Bridge, Preston and will require on-site presence.
You will provide support on all aspects of admin including the organisation of meetings, workshops, note taking, diary co-ordination and other tasks linked to project co-ordination.
The role requires someone who is self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines and targets and work under pressure.
In return you will be part of a supportive team who will develop your skills, knowledge and experience. The senior management team are engaging and work as one team and is keen to find an experienced Network Assistant to deliver excellent service and patient experience.

- Intermediate knowledge of a range of administrative procedures and practice.
Experience

- Previous experience as a Secretary/Administrator including diary management
- Previous experience of working in a fast moving, confidential, sensitive, pressurized deadline driven environment.
- Experience of supporting and minuting meetings.

- Takes a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
