The publicly funded mental health and addiction workforce is spread across New Zealand through primary healthcare organisations, general practices, over 200 non-government organisations in addition to specialist healthcare settings.
About the Opportunity
We're looking to fill multiple roles across New Zealand, including full-time, part-time, short term (12 months) and permanent roles.
Helping you make the move
Psychiatrists are on Tier 1 of New Zealand's Green List which means you are eligible for the Straight to Residence Visa and can apply for New Zealand residency before you arrive, provided you have a job offer.
Requirements
To work as a Psychiatrist in New Zealand, you must become registered to practice with the Medical Council of New Zealand, and hold an Annual Practising Certificate.
