Job overview

Overseeing the day-to-day administrative management of all learning responses across the trust. You will be responsible for a portfolio of cases and co-ordinate the management of cases from reporting through to completion of actions from learning.

You will be a flexible, well organised person, ensuring data quality, responsiveness and supportiveness are the cornerstones of your role.

•    Manage a case load of learning responses
•    Ensuring statutory requirements such as Duty of Candour are completed in a timely and compassionate way
•    Escalating cases of concern where required
