Diagnostic and Assessment Service Lead

Since 1962, autistic people have turned to us at key moments or challenging times in their lives, be it getting a diagnosis, going to school or finding work.
Our national diagnostic and assessment service plays a key role in supporting our aims, providing exceptional services for children, young people and adults.
The Service Lead plays a transforming and developing our Diagnostic and Assessment service through:
- Driving commercial innovation
- Focussing on quality and customer outcomes
- Leading service growth and operational delivery

We are looking for someone who can:
- Identify and respond to business development opportunities
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset
- Oversee the delivery of high standards of customer service
- Understand current issues for autism, diagnostic services and clinical referral processes
- Demonstrate knowledge of clinical regulations and legislation
- Communicate with a range of people
- Use electronic case management systems
You will have experience of:
- Working in an NHS, clinical or charitable setting
- Finance management
- Business development and management in health/public service/charity sector

This advert is for a full-time position, 35 hours per week. The salary for this is £39,500 - £45,000 per annum.
