Assistant Psychologist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Psychologist within our Independent Psychology Company.  The job will be supervised by our Clinical Psychologist and will involve providing input into a variety of services supporting individuals with challenging behaviours or forensic needs, across all ages and abilities.  The work is extremely varied; from individual input to training and staff support, and a key part of the role will be to assist in our HSB Service. Therefore experience in this area is essential.

We require an experienced individual who is able to manage their own diary and work independently under supervision.  Due to service provision requirements, we are looking for someone who is located, or is willing to be located, in the South Gloucestershire/Bristol/Gloucestershire area. The job will be home based, but the candidate must be willing to travel throughout the Southwest of England area to our various services.

If this role is of interest, please contact us at [email protected] for a job description, person specification and application form in the first instance.

Closing date for applications is 9am on Wednesday 5th November 2025, with interviews being held on Monday 17th November 2025.  Please note that the interviews will be held in South Gloucestershire.

Please see www.dgfpsychology.co.uk for further information.
