This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Executive Management Team and play a central role in shaping the future of health and social care across our organisation.

As an Executive member of the Trust Board, you will provide specialist advice and strategic leadership to the Trust Board and Chief Executive on matters relating to social care policy, statutory requirements, professional practice and workforce requirements.
You will carry out the role of Executive Director of Social Work and also have specific responsibility for the development and delivery of high quality children’s service across the Trust.
We are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated and resilient individual with strong interpersonal skills and a collective leadership approach. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement and as a member of the Executive Management Team you will play a key role in the delivery of safe, high quality and compassionate care to our local population.
