Job overview
Central London Community Healthcare are currently seeking a Band 3 Bank Administrator
The post holder will work alongside our clinical coordinators, and the temporary role is to support specifically with a waiting list project
The post holder will provide a comprehensive and high quality administrative support to the team.
The post holder will be supporting a short term project which will involve receiving phone calls, booking appointments, updating waiting lists and communicating appointment related information to patients/carers.
Main duties of the job
- To provide a full range of administrative support to the STARRS Service to enable the team to prepare for and carry out a range of clinical and non-clinical activities.
- To work independently and under supervision, assisting other administrators within STARRS and the single point of access (SPA), sharing work and providing cover to leave purposes where necessary.
- To assist senior staff in planning, coordinating, delivering and evaluating the Rehabilitation service.
- To work in a collaborative manner, including liaising with other agencies, such as social services, GP's, care managers and voluntary organisations to ensure a seamless health care delivery for patients

Essential criteria
- Evidence of good general education to GCSE Level or equivalent in English and Mathematics
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent

- Administrative / Office management qualification
Experience

- Customer care or administrative experience
- Understanding of the NHS
- Good IT skills-word, excel, publisher, PowerPoint processing

- Experience in working an NHS setting
