About the role

Are you an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, passionate about patient care and professional development? We are seeking an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team, specialising in Acute Medical and Emergency Care! In this role, you will take the lead in delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services within Acute and Emergency Medicine. Your focus will be on ensuring the safe, effective, and appropriate use of medications.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Lead Clinical Pharmacist in shaping a proactive, responsive pharmacy service, providing advanced clinical care, and overseeing the training and development of Rotational Pharmacists and other multi-disciplinary team members. As part of our essential Pharmacy Department, you’ll work closely with other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care and ensure patients and their families receive the best outcomes from their medications.
