West London NHS Trust  provides a full range of mental health, community  and physical healthcare services for children, adults and older people living in the London boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow.

We also provide some specialist services that are commissioned regionally, such as our medium secure services; and nationally, such as the Cassel Hospital for people with complex and severe personality disorder and our high secure services at Broadmoor Hospital.

We are seeking an experienced and innovative GP Practice Manager to join our unique Practice. The Practice provides enhanced primary care to the residents of the Care Homes across the borough (c.1300 patients). The Practice has a multi-disciplinary team that includes, Administrators, Pharmacists, GPs, Practice Nurses, Advanced Assessors and Support Workers.

The Practice is a key service within Ealing Community Partners (ECP) and works closely with other ECP services to ensure that the patients receive safe and responsive clinical care and treatment.

The role requires an experienced candidate who is a  strong communicator with the ability to adapt their leadership style to encourage a culture of high performance and able to demonstrate the delivery of  high quality of care within the Practice.

The successful candidate will be a valued member of both the Practice team and ECP and will be provided with support in their role and development opportunities from their line manager as well as peers and corporate colleagues.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

The post holder will be responsible for all the operational functions of the service including financial management, monitoring the performance of the services, provide line management to a defined group of staff as well supporting with daily prioritisation of tasks and allocation of work. You will represent the Practice in relevant Primary Care Network and wider Borough Based Partnership meetings.

 You will work alongside the Clinical Lead and others to support the Practice in its ongoing transformation journey.

 As a subject expert you will also advise and support the Trust in the development of existing and any potential new primary care strategies.
