An opportunity has arisen to join our Triage team as a Clinical Nurse Advisor working as an integral part of a Community Nursing service within the Windsor, Maidenhead & Slough locality. The Clinical Nurse Advisor will provide clinical support, assistance and professional expertise to all callers to the Community Nursing Triage Telephone Support, ranging from healthcare professionals to patients and their carers within Berkshire. The service is the main point of access for Windsor, Maidenhead & Slough Community Nursing. The post holder is expected to represent the service, in a professional and courteous manner always. Also providing advice and information using a level of clinical understanding and professional judgement.

You will be a key member of the Triage Team enabling professionals to make referrals to Community Nursing through one access point.

- Willingness to undertake further training and development

- Mentorship Training (Should be completed 1 year post registration or staff new to community will do the training after 1 year in post: staff with previous community experience must undertake this training before any other training will be agreed).
