No two days are the same and you will always feel like you are making a difference for the better after every shift.

Leeds and York Partnership Foundation Trust are committed to the wellbeing of their staff, and this is echoed within the acute inpatient service.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse who is compassionate, creative, and flexible in their approach to delivering individualised, person-centred care. The successful applicant will have good knowledge of the Care Programme Approach, Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, person-centred care-planning and complex risk assessment/management. They will demonstrate leadership qualities and excellent organisational skills and the ability to develop and mentor staff within the team, working alongside the Clinical Team Manager ensuring that the ward continues to provide the highest standards of care and is effective operationally.
