Team Administrator - Clinical

Our Vision is to provide the best mental health, learning disability, autism, community, and physical health services for the populations we serve.
As an integrated Trust, Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust (LSCFT) delivers a comprehensive range of services, including:
- Primary and secondary mental health care for children and adults, including specialist inpatient child and adolescent mental health provision, perinatal mental health, and forensic services with low and medium secure care.
- Specialist mental health inpatient care for individuals with learning disabilities, alongside specialist community support for children and adults with learning disabilities and autism, including intensive support.
- Extensive community physical health and well-being services for children and adults, covering prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and long-term condition management.
The Trust was first established in 2002 and employs approximately 7,500 staff who provide care from more than 400 sites. The organisation offers opportunities for medics, mental health, general nurses, children’s nurses, allied health professionals, psychology, administration and clerical staff, apprentices and volunteers, as well as those specialising in learning disabilities and community physical health services.

Team Administrator - Memory Assessment Service - Pennine Network
Band 3 – Full-time
37.5 hrs per week
Temporary Secondment or Fixed Term Contract 5 months
The Pennine Network is looking for a Team Administrator to join our Older Adults Memory Assessment Service on a full time, temporary basis. You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills to support the smooth and efficient functioning of the service.
We are inviting applications from individuals with excellent organisation skills and the ability to work on your own or as a member of the wider admin team.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate with staff, servicer users, visitors and carers in a professional manner.
The successful candidate must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft office packages, be skilled in live minute taking and possess a good telephone manner.

The post holder will be organised, professional, committed and will assist in providing a high standard, quality administrative service by supporting the clinical staff members with referrals, appointments, welcome calls and minute taking at meetings.
The post holder will be aligned to a specific clinical team but is also required to work flexibly in response to the needs of the service providing cover to other teams on various sites as directed by Locality Admin Co-ordinator to ensure continuity of a quality service.
The post holder will need to be a team player with strong communication skills.

- Demonstrable commitment to continuous personal development.

- Knowledge of a range of administrative procedures and practice.
Experience

- Previous experience as a Secretary/Administrator including diary management
