Responsibilities include

·       Conduct a variety of scans including a mix of general, MSK, vascular, obstetrics and gynaecological studies.

·       Enjoy a varied mix of hospital and private clinic work, as well as a state of the art, dedicated breast imaging clinic (if applicable)

·       On-call work available.

·       Collaborate with radiologists and colleagues.

·       Ensure rooms are restocked, cleaned and patients are finalized.

About You

·       Bachelor of Medical Sonography/Graduate Diploma or Masters of Medical Ultrasound with current registration with ASAR.

·       Ideally 2+ years postgraduate ultrasound experience.

·       An all-rounder with competencies in a variety of ultrasound examinations including breast, general, obstetrics and vascular with a keen interest in MSK.

·       Prepared to participate in a rotating weekend on-call roster between 5pm - 8am.

·       The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

·       A willingness to participate in further education and continued professional development programs.

·       Experience with Canon, Samsung and GE is ideal.

·       Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people internally and externally.

·       Focused on providing consistently high‑level, patient‑centred healthcare.
