This is a rotational MSK opportunity across Bracknell, Windsor, Maidenhead, and Slough, each offering unique clinical experiences and development pathways.

Main duties of the job

  • Participating in cross-site MSK six-month rotations across our MSK Physiotherapy departments  

  • Delivering high-quality MSK assessments and treatments. 

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care. 

  • Continuously evaluating and adapting treatment plans to support patient progress. 

  • Contributing to positive team cultureresearch and service development initiatives.

Our service runs Monday to Friday, 07:30–18:00 (site-dependent), with flexible hours and a mix of virtual working and face-to-face clinics.

Person specification

Education/Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Degree / Diploma in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Evidence of ongoing CPD where appropriate e.g. maintained in a portfolio; attendance at musculoskeletal postgraduate courses; informal learning.
  • HPC Registered
  • CSP Membership

Previous Experience

Essential criteria
  • Have covered a broad spectrum of undergraduate placements, including MSK outpatients
  • Experience and good understanding of the NHS
  • Able to present information, written and oral, in a clear and logical manner
Desirable criteria
  • Previous experience as a Band 5 physiotherapist

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Essential criteria
  • Physiotherapy knowledge and clinical skill to undergraduate level across a broad range of clinical areas
  • Self-directed learning
  • Ability to work independently
  • Efficient, effective, and diplomatic communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good computer literacy
Desirable criteria
  • Currently has a smart card
  • Good working knowledge of RIO
