Exciting opportunities are available for qualified Gastroenterologists (or General Physicians with a subspecialty interest in Gastroenterology) who want to make a positive impact while working in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary, and supportive team. Positions for Gastroenterologists are immediately available across New Zealand. 

We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about delivering quality care to our patients.

To work as a Gastroenterologist (Senior Medical Officer) in New Zealand, you must become registered to practice with the Medical Council of New Zealand.  Practitioners need to meet competency standards and hold Annual Practising Certificates (APCs) to work safely and effectively. Salary: 

·       The average salary package for Gastroenterologists in New Zealand is NZD $343,500 (GBP ~£149,290)

·       Packages are comprised of a base salary based on experience, plus allowances, and superannuation per the ASMS collective agreement
