CWP are excited to offer the opportunity to work as an Administrative Support Officer to join our Out of Hours Response Hub, which is based on the Countess of Chester Health Park.  

This is a permanent post and is 21 hours per week in total. Hours can be discussed at interview. 

We are a hardworking but happy professional team providing care and support to patients across the Western Cheshire footprint.

The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.

Working as part of the team you will undertake a range of clerical tasks, including processing of referrals, scanning/photocopying and uploading documents to electronic records, answering telephone calls and forwarding/redirecting calls, arranging meetings and taking meeting notes).

 Within this role you will have contact with patients, carers, families, and other health professionals.  The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a flexible ‘can do’ approach, and a professional, friendly and welcoming manner. 

•    To undertake a full range of administrative/reception responsibilities.
•    Good communication skills are essential as the post holder will need to liaise directly with patients, carers, families and other professionals.
•    A working knowledge of general office procedures and Microsoft packages is required, but full training will be provided on CWP systems.
