You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide a high level of care and support for young people between the ages of 13 and 17. This will include shift co-ordination and leadership with the support of the senior nursing team. You will act as keyworker for a small number of young people and work with them to develop risk management plans, care plans and positive behaviour support (PBS) plans.
