This BANK role may require evening and weekend working. Hours dependent on availability and appointment bookings.
As part of a wider multi-disciplinary team the post holder will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the waiting list initiative project including co-ordinating clinical service and administrative function, waiting lists, and to provide senior administrative support to the Service Manager.
This project will end March 2026.
Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
To manage, co-ordinate, plan and support delivery of a waiting list initiative project for children's ASD diagnostics.
This will include co-ordinating staff rotas, booking Bank staff, estates management, stock control, managing waiting list, co-ordinating booking appointments, follow up letters & reports, answering queries from staff and service users, escalating where required.
Regular feedback in terms of DNA's/attendance at appointments and impact on the waiting list.
In addition, this role will also entail liaising and co-ordinating with partner organisations to facilitate smooth delivery of ASD diagnostics in preparation of cases, and uploading of completed diagnostic reports.

Education & Qualifications

- In depth experience or theoretical study of techniques/processes e.g. BTEC, relevant degree
