To provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Children and Young People's Intensive Mental Health Services (CYPIMHS) and Eating Disorders Services, including CAMHS Crisis & Intensive Home Treatment (CCIHT), Inspire Inpatient and Day Services, and associated CYPIMHS pathways. The post holder will contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of services through the provision of high-quality administrative support, ensuring the accurate management of information, patient records, referrals, appointments, and service communications.
The post holder will work as part of the wider administrative team, providing cross-cover and flexible support across CYPIMHS and Eating Disorder Services, including Community Eating Disorders and the Eating Disorders Intensive Treatment Team (EDITT), during periods of annual leave, sickness absence, or service need. The role will support the engagement of children, young people, and families, and contribute to the delivery of safe, responsive, and patient-centred services.

To provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Children and Young People's Intensive Mental Health Services (CYPIMHS) and Eating Disorders Services, including CAMHS Crisis & Intensive Home Treatment (CCIHT), Inspire Inpatient and Day Services, and associated CYPIMHS pathways. There will be a requirement to provide a service between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm over a six-day period, Monday to Saturday, to meet the needs of children and young people and support service delivery. The post holder will work as part of the wider administrative team, providing cross-cover and flexible support across CYPIMHS and Eating Disorder Services, including Community Eating Disorders and the Eating Disorders Intensive Treatment Team (EDITT), during periods of annual leave, sickness absence, or service need. The role will support the engagement of children, young people, and families and contribute to the delivery of safe, responsive, and patient-centred services.

Qualifications and Knowledge

- ‘A’ Level/BTEC Diploma/NVQ3 Business Administration/Customer Service or equivalent experiential learning OR demonstrable experience within A&C field at Advanced level
- 3 or more GCSE/O levels which must include English and Maths
- Basic knowledge of the Humber and North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism Programme
- Advanced keyboard skills: RSA/OCR III or equivalent/Advanced ECDL
Experience

- Demonstrable experience of practice and procedures relevant to the area of work
- Experience of using a range of IT systems, including Microsoft Office applications
- Experience of preparing agendas and papers, writing minutes, noting and monitoring the completion of actions

- Experience of audio/use of Microsoft Teams
