We have 10,000 dedicated colleagues working hard to deliver high-quality services to our patients. Whatever your role, you help support 370,000 people across our local communities and contribute to specialist care for 1.5 million people throughout Lancashire and Cumbria.
Working with us provides the knowledge and satisfaction that every task you undertake makes a genuine difference to our patients and staff, helping us continue to thrive and deliver outstanding healthcare across our region.
You will have access to a variety of development opportunities, enabling you to learn new skills, meet great people, and gain experiences you may never have encountered elsewhere. You will learn about working in a hospital environment and collaborate with colleagues from a wide range of professional backgrounds, helping to develop your skills and enhance your career pathway.
You will make a meaningful impact, be challenged to think differently, and be encouraged to innovate as we continue to improve our services. Everything we do centres on patient care and enhancing the patient experience, making your role both pivotal and rewarding.
