This is a great opportunity for a Dietitian to  join a friendly and well developed Community Dietetic Team to offer Dietetic treatment to people living in Nottinghamshire. 

The post holder will work clinically across the service that covers Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark and Sherwood. Our team of experienced Dietitians, Assistant Practitioner, Diabetes Educators and Clerical Staff all work together to deliver a wide range of Dietetic Services to adults, children and young people in the community. 

You will join a team committed to professional and service development ensuring that we deliver evidence-based patient-centred care to improve patient outcomes and experience.

We have a supportive team approach, ensuring the wellbeing of all our staff. We provide regular clinical and non-clinical supervision and within the Trust we have a robust preceptorship programme for newly qualified staff.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

Provide specialist dietetic assessment and interventions to adults within a variety of Community settings
Provide consultation to other community healthcare colleagues
Contribute to student training
Delivery of Staff training and patient group education sessions 
Employ excellent communication skills including written work such as record keeping and effective team working
Use own initiative and work autonomously
Adopt good organisational and time management skills
A full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use is required for this post; however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010
