We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Clinical Effectiveness Administrator to join our Clinical Effectiveness Team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a range of clinical governance and quality improvement functions that contribute to the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality patient care across the Trust.
 
This fixed-term opportunity offers the potential to transition into a substantive role, subject to a successful evaluation of the Test for Change and demonstration of its ongoing value and impact.
 
The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support across key Clinical Effectiveness programmes, including Learning from Excellence, Patient Safety Alerts, NICE guidance, Learning from Deaths, and Clinical Audit. Working closely with clinicians, managers, and governance colleagues, you will play an important role in supporting organisational learning, continuous improvement, and the effective monitoring of clinical quality.
 
This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills who enjoys working in a busy environment.

Coordinate and administer key Clinical Effectiveness functions, ensuring processes are completed within agreed timescales. [

Monitor and support Learning from Excellence, Patient Safety Alerts, NICE publications, Learning from Deaths, and Clinical Audit activities.

Manage Clinical Effectiveness email inboxes and act on correspondence appropriately. 

Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including diary management, meeting organisation, and record keeping. Support senior meetings through agenda preparation, circulation of papers, and minute taking. 

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clinicians, managers, and governance teams across the Trust.

Support the dissemination of organisational learning through newsletters, communications, and governance networks. 

Contribute to a culture of continuous quality improvement and learning that supports the delivery of excellent patient care.

Practical and Intellectual Skills
