Job overview
The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Commercial Marketing Lead to develop and deliver digital marketing strategies that drive referrals and improve conversion for International and Private Care and the GOSH Learning Academy. As Growth Marketing Executive, you will be a key driver of digital performance and international patient acquisition. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with a passion for scaling digital campaigns, optimising user journeys, and delivering measurable growth across international markets—particularly the Middle East.
You will lead on performance marketing initiatives, manage digital channels, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns that increase patient referrals and brand visibility. Working with the Commercial Marketing Lead and multiple agencies, you will have a growth marketing mindset and excellent analytical skills.
They will take the lead on the delivery of all digital marketing for Gosh Learning Academy and GOSH international and Private Care.
Main duties of the job
1. To support the Commercial Marketing Lead to develop, manage and execute the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
2. Grow web traffic and enable digital growth.
3. Working with the Digital Engagement Officer they will manage our commercial social media platforms to deliver brand awareness and referrals.
4. Development of programmes to increase online brand awareness and reputation including regular newsletters.
5. Evaluate customer experience across digital channels, and deliver projects to improve conversions and journeys.
6. Work with the in region Agency to develop and monitor ad campaigns and budget.
7. To identify new markets, channels and strategies for online growth.
8. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
9. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
10. Own the project plan for the I&PC website and social media presence including for the Middle East, ensuring content is optimised for SEO, UX, and conversion.
