We are recruiting a full time Band 6 Charge Nurse.  We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and skilled nurse with clinical experience or a particular interest in the care of Outpatients Service Users. This is a substantive full-time Band 6 post – 37.5 hours/week, with 7.5 hours per shift. You will have excellent clinical knowledge and skills and enjoy Multidisciplinary team working.  

You need to be well organized, motivated and committed to further developing and delivering high quality holistic multidisciplinary care; and enjoy supporting the various specialties in the Outpatients setting including Dermatology, ENT, Rheumatology, Cardiology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Gastroenterology, Allergy, Diabetes and Endocrinology Clinics .

We can offer you the opportunity to deliver high quality care whilst further developing in your career and  area of interest; advancing your clinical practice supported by a dedicated and experienced team of clinical nurse specialists across the Directorate.

Your responsibilities will include deputising the Senior Charge Nurse, with one other Band 6 Nurse in the department. You will be covering and coordinating, taking turns with your colleague in a rotational basis.
