- Work with colleagues to ensure data is available, accurate and timely and supports business needs, enabling decision making, and seek to improve data quality and management information.
- Work with the Temporary Staffing team to support continual service improvement, monitoring, measuring, reporting and taking appropriate action in regard to temporary staffing.
- Keep informed of the wider NHS agenda, changes in legislation, best practice and new developments that are applicable to temporary staffing, cascading to colleagues, Trust Managers and other stakeholders as appropriate.
