Trosolwg o'r swydd

Do you work in another sector and wonder what hospital pharmacy entails? Do you want to join a friendly, forward-thinking team committed to providing the best possible medicines care? Are you looking for a flexible opportunity to fit in to your schedule and looking to strike a good work/life balance?

We are looking for organised, motivated and experienced pharmacists to join our clinical pharmacy team on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave. This role will allow you to build on clinical skills which you may have developed in a rotational role or other sector of pharmacy practice, while additionally building mentorship and leadership experience.

The successful candidate will be a pharmacist with excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of the pharmacy team and the wider multidisciplinary team. A thirst to further yourself and take advantage of the learning opportunities available will be advantageous. Experience working within a hospital pharmacy setting in an NHS Trust would be beneficial but not essential, as training and support can be provided for the right candidate.
