You will be a key member of our team, providing biopsychosocial support through our National Dementia Helpline and Virtual Clinic appointments.
As an Admiral Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing support and expertise, offering practical guidance to colleagues, the general public, those with dementia, and others in supporting family and relationship-centred approaches to dementia care. You will also lead and coordinate shifts as required, providing clinical supervision to others and assist with the development, evaluation, audit of the service.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to lead and support other clinical projects across the charity. You will benefit from monthly clinical supervision and a range of learning opportunities to support your ongoing professional development.

Join us in making a difference in the lives of those affected by dementia.
The service operates from Monday to Friday 9am-9pm between two shifts (9am-5pm and 1pm-9pm) and a single 9am-5pm shift on Saturdays and Sundays. A typical full-time member of the team will work a 1pm-9pm shift once a week and a weekend day once a month, with the remaining shifts being worked between 9am-5pm. However, this is a general aim and not a guarantee of working patterns.
