Radiotherapy Radiographer
AfC Band 5
Job overview
Are you a newly qualified or about to qualify Radiographer looking to take their early steps in your Radiotherapy career? Do you want to work in a forward thinking and technically advanced department? If this is you, then why not become part of our excellent clinical team at St Luke’s Cancer Centre?
St Luke’s Cancer Centre is focused on providing excellent patient pathways and patient-centred care. We strive to continuously evolve to reflect the technical advances within Radiotherapy.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to rotate through treatment, pre-treatment, data prep, Gulmay, HDR brachytherapy and Radiotherapy Research facilitating their professional and personal growth, ready for promotion.
Our main site is based at the Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford and our satellite centre is based at East Surrey Hospital in Redhill.
Our satellite centre in Redhill is closely integrated with our main site. It offers you the opportunity to work in a smaller team and broaden your clinical skills with the chance to follow a patient throughout their treatment pathway. This is an excellent opportunity for CPD which is not always achievable in larger departments and establishments.
