Job overview
The post holder will be responsible for providing business support to the Head of Organisational Development and the Organisational Development Team, developing and maintaining effective systems and processes to support the effective running of the Organisational Development function.
Main duties of the job
The post holder as Business Manager will be expected to work autonomously to lead daily tasks and ongoing responsibilities are prioritised and completed within agreed timescales. Use independent judgement to provide overall management and leadership for a group of administrative staff, working with the team to manage and review systems of work to set deadlines.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

- Significant previous experience in informatics analysis, report writing
- Experience of administrative processes
- Proficiency in clerical and administrative procedures

Qualifications

- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent level of experience
