Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Secretary within the Vascular Team based at Ysbyty Gwynedd.
The post holder will provide an accurate, confidential and supportive administration service for patients, clinical teams, carers and internal and external agencies , supporting the provision of a safe and efficient patient pathway and provide information and appropriate support to patients.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide an efficient high quality typing and administration service to support the vascular team. Support the team in the management of patients’ medical case notes and effective filing system and supporting the patients along the defined patient pathway.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

- L2 Medical terminology.
- Statutory and Mandatory training as per Health Board policy.
