Job overview

To provide a comprehensive clerical service and administration support to the Consultants, Registrars and  Critical Care Staff. 

The ability to speak Welsh is Desirable/

Main duties of the job

  • Prepare any paperwork required for in patients admission & discharge/Transfers to other hospitals.
  • To file signed reports in case notes or forward reports to where case notes are located.
  • Check if there are sufficient identification labels and re-order if necessary.
  • Undertake photocopying as required.               
  • Order stationery stores and top up stock in base areas with relevant stationery on a daily basis, use of ORACLE order systems will be required.
  • Perform general administrative tasks required of the post
