As a Stroke Specialist Nurse at Glan Clwyd Hospital, you will provide expert care to patients across the stroke pathway—from acute admission through rehabilitation and discharge planning. Your role will involve clinical assessment and supporting early interventions to improve outcomes. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure timely, evidence-based care.
