This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, confidence in the use of the pharmacy IT system, and effective teamwork. You will help drive service improvements and support innovation in a patient focused setting.
Main duties of the job
You will organise work rotas to meet the service needs, provide services directly to wards, theatres, departments, and clinics, maintain accurate ward and department stock lists on the pharmacy IT system, carry out stock rotation and expiry checks, reconcile deliveries, and investigate discrepancies to ensure a safe and efficient supply of medicines that supports high standards of patient care across the Central IHC area of BCUHB.
We’re looking for the right personal qualities as much as experience. If you're enthusiastic, dependable, and ready to play a key part in our team, we’d love to hear from you.
