We are seeking an outstanding individual to manage the operational delivery of a newly designated NIHR Commercial Research Delivery Centre (CRDC) in Primary Care.

Our 25-year-old consortium combines the agility and entrepreneurialism of seven highly experienced research-active GP practices with the reach and credibility required by global pharmaceutical companies.

As Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our seven practices operate as a coordinated, high-performing NIHR CRDC (Primary Care). Working closely with the consortium leadership and site teams, you will help translate CRDC designation into real-world impact — strengthening sponsor relationships, supporting high-quality research delivery, and helping build a nationally recognised model for primary care research.
