The salary scale for a Band 3 has been adjusted as part of the NHS Agenda for Change pay award for 2026/2027 and will be implemented in August 2026 backdated to 01 April 2026 where applicable.
Job overview
Working as part of the Operations Room team, the postholder will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient administrative service to clients and staff of the posture and mobility service.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role will involve liaising with clients and their carers, receiving and processing referrals, allocating wheelchairs/appliances to clients and inputting into the services’ BEST Patient Administration System.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
